Return and Refund Policy

• Eligibility: We offer a free exchange or a full refund if the item you received is defective by mistake, the wrong size, the wrong color, or an entirely different product than what you ordered.

• Unboxing Video Requirement: To be eligible for any exchange or refund, you must record a proper, unedited unboxing video of the parcel. The video must clearly show the original sealed packaging being opened and clearly display the defect or incorrect item. We cannot process any claims without a valid unboxing video.
